6. DO WE OFFER ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE BASED PRODUCTS?

In Short: We offer AI-supported pronunciation evaluation and feedback tools as part of the InPronunci accent training experience.


As part of our Services, we offer AI-supported pronunciation evaluation, speech comparison, feedback, and accent-training tools (collectively, “AI Products”). These tools are designed to help learners evaluate American pronunciation, compare recordings, identify speech patterns, and receive feedback during structured practice. The terms in this Privacy Notice govern your use of the AI Products within our Services.


Use of AI Technologies


Some AI-supported features, including Intermediate-level evaluation, may be provided through third-party service providers (“AI Service Providers”), including Microsoft Azure AI. Advanced-level evaluation is designed around Prof. Alex’s coach pronunciation, guided instruction, and American accent training method. In Advanced-level practice, the system may compare your recording with Prof. Alex’s coach pronunciation model and provide feedback according to his speech training approach. As outlined in this Privacy Notice, your recordings, inputs, outputs, and related personal information may be shared with and processed by AI Service Providers or processed within our platform to enable these evaluation and feedback features for the purposes outlined in “WHAT LEGAL BASES DO WE RELY ON TO PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?” You must not use the AI Products in any way that violates the terms or policies of any AI Service Provider.

When you use AI-supported evaluation or feedback features, we may process your speech recordings, practice attempts, pronunciation scores, feedback results, account information, and related technical data to provide the requested training experience. Personal information processed through AI Products is handled in line with this Privacy Notice and, where applicable, our agreements with third-party service providers.
